How to wash silk product

Step by step instruction

Hand washing is the best and gentlest way to wash silk; of course you can also dry clean it, which is more convenient; if you want to wash it in the washing machine, please turn on the light mode.

1. Check the care label of your silk products carefully to confirm how to wash them.
2. Fill a basin with <= lukewarm water 30℃/86℉ is the ideal temperature for silk to be hand-washed.
3. Soak silk products in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes
4. Add a few drops of neutral, enzyme-free detergent for silk. As silk is not resistant to alkali, it should be washed in a gentle way.
5. Silk garments should not be twisted to remove water after washing, but should be gently shaken out.
6. Hang to dry in the shade, do not expose to sunlight directly.
7. Maintain the soft feel and anti-static properties of silk with the appropriate use of fabric softener.
8. Store sealed in a clean and tidy wardrobe.

We need at least Fabric, Sizedetails, Style and QTY details, or you could send us physical samples to check.

2) What is the Minimum order QTY?
Digital Print: 50 pcs/print.
Dyeing: 50pcs/color
Embroidery: 50pcs/pattern

3) Which Printing File you need ?
150 DPI above , Vector design , Tif ,Jpeg ,PDF, Ai All can work
Pantone color Number For Color confirmation

4) Sampling Time ?
Around 7-15 days.

5) Mass order time ?
18-35 days, If urgent, please advise.

6) Can we make our own design?
Yes, you can share with us your design details or you could send us physical samples to copy.

7) Can you make gift box or envelop for us ?
Yes, we make promotion Gift box & envelops & package as per customer’s needs.

8) Is the QTY exact same as the QTY we order?
As usual ,we will produce 5-10% more in case of defective ones.
So it should be some more or less. Let me know you want more or want less before order.

9) How you guarantee the after sales service ?
We guarantee every piece will be checked before shipment, If any quality problem ,we can reproduce or refund.

2.Confirm the size

1)Square scarf: 33x33cm, 55x55cm, 70x70cm, 90x90cm, 110x110cm, 140x140cm

2)Rectangular Scarf: 55x180cm, 70x180cm, 100x200cm, 110x200cm

PS: because of the shrinkage characteristics of silk fabrics, seam allowance and hemming, the finished size would be smaller than printed sizes.

3.Confirm the printing method

5.Sending us the design files, and we could move forward the sampling or production.

1）The file format could be PSD, Ai, PDF, JPEG and TIFF etc. with 150dpi.

2）As for seam allowance, the regular machine hem would need 1cm each border, like if you want to make size 90x90cm, the file size should be 92x92cm. as for hand rolled hem, it will need more space, the file size should be 93x93cm.

6.Confirm the color, quantity, packaging details and payment terms with us.

1）As for color matching, both real color samples and Pantone color are workable for us.

2）As for packaging materials, like swing tags, logo label and package box, if you need, we could source these for you, and we will need more details like size, materials, quantity and artworks. And neutral composition label is for free.

3）The regular payment terms is 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment, and we could receive payment through PayPal, Western Union and Wire Transfer.

7.Shipping and Delivery

If you have courier account, we could use yours, and if you need, we could check with different courier shipping agent and give you their price for you to compare before shipment.
