•  There’s limitations on the patterns, it’s not flexible like digital printing,
• And the pattern has more colors, the setup cost would be more expensive.
• There’s MOQ required, at least 100pcs per print.

What is digital printing?

The function process just like the printer, The image on the screen is analyzed and then converted into a format which can then be printed directly onto the surface required.

Pros

• There’s no limitations on the patterns, especially suitable for complex patterns,
• such as photography, gradient colors and colorful images with fine lines.
• The lead time is fast, there’s no setup cost, so there’s no MOQ required.

Cons

• The ink penetration will depends on the colors, if the pattern has more light colors, the ink penetrate will be not well on back side, especially for thicker fabric like 16mm, or 18mm silk.

Pros

• The double sided printing has all the advantages of the normal printing.
• And you could print your scarf with ink penetration on back side with same colors or different colors to give it more luxury feeling.

Cons

• It’s not easy to operate it, so each print would need operation cost.
• The cost is higher than normal digital printing. And the MOQ is needed, at least 50-100pcs per print.
