Q1: About sampling cost and sampling time.
A: 1) The A4 size fabric swatch is for free.
2) The sampling time for stocked products is within 1-3 business days, and if we custom your design, it would take around 7-15 days.
Q2: How can I get a price of your products?
A: As for the stocked products, we could easily give you price when you give us model number and the quantity. but for customised silk products, such as scarf, silk pillowcover, silk robe etc..we would need more details like size charts, style number, fabric type and quantity details before giving you our best offer.. for more details, please check our HOW TO CUSTOM part in this website.
Q3: May I get a cheaper price?
A: Due to the fragile characteristics of the mulberry silk fabric, the production cost would vary a lot for small order,
so our price would depends on printing patterns and order quantity, a workable discount will be given if there is a large quantity you would place.
Q4: Do you accept small quantity order?
A: Yes, compared with other factories in China, our MOQ is very flexible. as we are dedicated to serve you to avoid inventory waste with fast response. and we would like to grow up with our clients.
Q5: What is about your payment?
A: Alipay and PayPal is more efficient for sampling order, T/T or L/C at sight are prefered for bulk order, the other payment is negotiable.
Q6: What is your quality guarantee?
A: If you have China agency, the best way is to do quality inspection before shipment. If it is difficult for you, you can check it once you received the cargo. Please check it in a week. If there are any quality defect, we will afford all the lost caused by us.
Q7: What is your lead time of bulk order?
A: The lead time is various according to quantity and fabrics.
For custom silk fabrics, it's 18-25 days.
Q8: About product quality.
A: Quality is the first and most important thing. most of our clients run luxury brands.
1) All raw materials we used are eco-friendly; we pay great attention to the materials;
2) Our workers are also quality checkers in the progress of manufacturing and packing process;
3) We have QC on site, every pieces would be checked before packing.
Q9: About sourcing customised gift box, or labels, buttons or other materials.
A: Yes. we have long cooperative suppliers, and they would give us good price and quality products.
if you need, we could source them for you, and for button, zipper, or others, gift box, etc..we would need more details such as size, materials, printing file, quantity etc.. or physical samples before giving you price.
And you could compare the price with your current supplier to decide if you should use them.

Yes. surely, we normally use DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or train, we could check the cost for you to compare when the order is ready.
